1. Acceptance
airoom ("the app") is operated by applyai OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Estonia. By downloading or using airoom you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What airoom is
airoom is a macOS application that renders your local Claude Code sessions as a pixel-art office: every project a room, every session a robot at a desk. It requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later, and a working installation of Claude Code with your own Anthropic account. airoom is an independent product — it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
3. Trial
You get seven days with the whole app, free — no card and no account. When the trial ends the app stops driving agents until you activate a licence; your rooms and transcripts remain on your disk either way, and you can keep looking at them.
4. Licence and subscription
- An airoom licence is a yearly subscription: $99/year, with launch pricing of $59 for your first year. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply where required.
- The licence is personal to the email you buy with and works on up to 3 machines you control. You can release a machine and add another.
- It renews automatically each year through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel any time — the app keeps working to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops driving agents.
- Your licence includes all updates and new features released while your subscription is active.
- Licence keys are yours to use, not to share, resell or publish. We may revoke keys that are refunded, charged back, leaked or abused; revocation for a refund is not a penalty, just the purchase being unwound.
5. Acceptable use
Use airoom lawfully and don't attack it: no circumventing or tampering with the licensing, no redistributing modified builds, no using the app to break any law or third-party agreement — including your agreement with Anthropic, since every agent airoom drives is your own Claude Code session.
6. Your content, your agents
Everything airoom shows — projects, rooms, transcripts, code, approvals — is yours and stays on your machine. We claim no rights to any of it. The agents' output is generated by Anthropic's models under your own account and their terms; you are responsible for reviewing what your agents produce and for every tool call you approve. A control room does not make the decisions — you do.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. If airoom is not working out, or a renewal charged when you meant to cancel, write to hello@airoom.dev and we will sort it out. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including EU withdrawal rights.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL — INCLUDING ANYTHING YOUR AGENTS DO OR PRODUCE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. NOTHING HERE EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
10. Termination
You can stop using airoom at any time by cancelling and deleting the app. We may suspend or revoke a licence for a serious breach of these Terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in remain unaffected.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at this address with the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects your licence, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
